Indonesian Red Crescent Humanitarian Journal is an open access journal under licence CC-BY-NC. In other words, this journal provides immediate open access to every article on the principle that making research freely accessible to the public; It supports a greater global exchange of knowledge; and an invaluable way to boost the visibility and impact of research. The journal it's free availability on the public Internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than that inseparable from gaining access to the Internet itself.
The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, should be (1) to give authors control over the integrity of their work; (2) the right to be properly acknowledged and cited, and; (3) not use the materials and contents publication for commercial purposes.
